How long does it take to process my order and send?
Usually we process all orders within 5-7 business days. Once your order is sent, delivery in the US (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) usually takes 10 to 15 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order arrives.
Are you internationally or on the Hawaii and Alaska ship?
At this time, we sent only the continental United States. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver Hawaii, Alaska or international places.
Are your products ready to send or order?
Many of our items are in stock and ready to send, but some crafts or specialty parts can be made to order. For these items, allow an additional time for production and delivery – usually from 4 to 8 weeks. Let’s keep it updated with each step.
How can I order my order?
Once your order form, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can use the tracking number provided to monitor the progress of your on -line shipment
If my item isdamaged?
Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If you feel any damage, take pictures of the item and packaging and contact us in info@fouraxis.shop within a business day. Be sure to have all the original packaging for inspection.
Can I cancel my orderor change it?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact info@fouraxis.shop as soon as possible. Once the order is processed or sent, we will not be able to make changes.
