30-day refund window

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for refund or exchange. The item should be unused, in its original position, and should return with all the original packaging.

 

Back shipping cost

In most cases, customers are responsible for the return shipping fee until the item was damaged or there was no error in our share. We will provide a return shipping label if needed, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order is damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos of items and packaging. We will work quickly to make it right.

 

Non-resident goods

Custom or Made-to-Order pieces, final sales items, and returned items without original packaging may not be eligible for return.

 

Refund

Once we get your return and inspect the item, we will release your refund for the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 commercial days for refunds on your statement.
